Problems with accessing LINKcat

Here are some steps that you can try if you are having trouble accessing LINKcat:

  • Upgrade your browser to the latest version. See for upgrade information.
    • NOTE: If you are using Windows XP, you must use a browser other than Internet Explorer.
  • Clear your browser's cache.
  • Use a different browser or even a different computer.
  • Reboot your computer or mobile phone/tablet.
  • On an Apple or Android mobile phone or tablet, use the LINKcat mobile app.
