- Delivered to your phone the day after the item is checked in at your pickup location.
- One message for all holds checked in that day.
- When you select Hold notices by text message, Overdue notices are printed (pre-overdue not available).
Email notices

Delivered to your email address within an hour after the item is checked in at your pickup location.

One email per hold checked in.

When you select Hold notices by email, Advance Notice of Item Due (pre-overdue), and Overdue notices are also emailed.
Telephone notices
- Call made to your phone the day after the item is checked in at your pickup location.
- When you select Hold notices by phone, Overdue notices are printed (pre-overdue not available).
No Hold notices

You can choose not to receive Hold Available notices.
