Hold Notification Options

Text Messaging notices

  • Hold Available notices are available via text messaging
  • Delivered to your phone in the morning and/or afternoon, depending on when items are checked in at your pickup location
  • One message for all holds newly available at time of message delivery

Email notices

  • Hold Available notices are available through email
  • Delivered to your email address in the morning and/or afternoon, depending on when items are checked in at your pickup location
  • One email for all holds newly available at time of email delivery

Telephone notices

  • Hold Available notices are available through phone calls
  • Call made to your phone the day after the item is checked in at your pickup location
  • One message for all holds checked in that day

No Hold notices

  • You can choose not to receive Hold Available notices
